Carel Wildenboer

Clinic Founder, Physiotherapist, Be Activated Specialist and International Educator

When Carel was a young physiotherapist, he wanted to make a big difference in the world. But he soon saw that the usual treatments therapists use often only help for a short time. He believed there had to be a better way to help people feel better for longer.

In 2010, Carel went to his first Be Activated course. This changed his career path. Using what he learned, he started CW Physios in Durban, South Africa. Over the next 10 years, he opened more clinics and built a strong team of skilled therapists.

In 2020, Carel moved with his family to Melbourne, Australia. He set up The Activation Clinic and now works with both individuals and teams as a specialist therapist.

Carel also teaches others around the world. He runs training courses in Be Activated and works closely with its founder, Douglas Heel. They share a goal of improving the health industry.
